David Jentsch Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home - Richboro on Jul. 9, 2025.
David Jeffrey Jentsch, age 61, was brought into this world on June 10, 1964. Whilst surrounded by his loved ones, David was called to his eternal home on July 4, 2025, in Richboro, Pennsylvania.

David is preceded in death by his loving parents, Robert and Gail Jentsch. He is survived by his three loving children: Brett, Abigail, and David Jentsch. He was deeply loved by his life partner Susan DiNofa, and cared for her children, Dominick and Nicholas, as his own.

Dave was the beloved brother of Robert (Kathy), Curtis (Christine), Kimberly Young (Rudy), and Leesa Daugherty (Tony) and leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles who adored him.

He also held great pride and love for those who knew him simply as "Coach." Dave, as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was marked by love, compassion, strength, and an unwavering faith in God.

His passing has left a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were touched by his spirit. Dave would want to be remembered for the good times you shared together and the impact he had on your lives, rather than for his time being cut short on this earth. Dave was a happy-go-lucky soul who embraced life's simple joys with a full heart. A devoted Philadelphia sports fan, his greatest love was the game of baseball, which he poured himself into for decades as a dedicated coach and mentor. When he wasn't on the field, you could find him cherishing time with his family or unwinding with his favorite shows.

His family will receive relatives and friends Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 8:30 to 10:30AM at Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home, 905 Second Street Pike, Richboro, Pa 18954. A service to honor his life will begin at 10:30AM with interment following in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.

His warmth, laughter, and love for life touched everyone around him and will be deeply missed.
