David Wayne Justice

David "Dave" Wayne Justice 57 of Bridgeport, OH passed away peacefully on Friday, March 24, 2023, at WVU Medicine - J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
He was born in Ashland, KY on February 14th, 1966. He was the eldest son of the late Carl Douglas Justice and Charlotte Carter Justice Brown.
Dave was a 1994 graduate of Greenup County High School and received a Business Administration Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY. Dave will be remembered as a devoted father, beloved family member, and an unconditional friend. He was intelligent, quick-witted and could always entertain with an exceptional story. He retired after being self-employed in a variety of enterprises, but his true passions were sports and people.
He was preceded in death by his father and by his brother, Rodney Alan Justice.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Carlton James, "CJ" Justice of Del Ray Beach, FL; his sister, Selena Justice Harrison of Flatwoods, KY; his maternal grandmother Violet Carter of Flatwoods, KY; his long- time best friend/brother, Rick Christian of Huntington, WV; and extended family and a host of cherished friends.
A celebration of life will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Ash Avenue Church of God in Moundsville, WV.
An additional service will be held in Kentucky at a date yet to be announced.
