David Allen Justice, 63, Chaneysville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
He was born on February 26, 1962, in Baltimore, MD, a son of Allen and Nancy (Stultz) Justice.
On October 11, 2014, in Cumberland, MD, he married Tonya (Edwards) Justice.
David is survived by his wife, Tonya; a sister, Lorna Wyrick and husband, Jeff, Bedford, PA; his mother, Nancy; a daughter, Heather King, Cumberland, MD; three grandchildren, Rowan Dickson and Addy and Rory Edwards; a stepson, Jordan Edwards and wife Janelle, Irwin, PA; a father-in-law, Donald Edwards, Bunker Hill, WV; and many cousins and their families.
In addition to his father, the late Allen Justice, he was preceded in passing by a brother, Brian Justice.
David attended Everett Area High School.
He pursued a career in construction, mastering every trade with remarkable skill and precision. His attention to detail made him a natural leader on any job site, and his ability to oversee complex tasks earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, David was a man of many loves. Music filled his soul, and he often shared his favorite tunes with family and friends during gatherings that were always warm and full of laughter. He was a gifted cook, known for turning simple ingredients into memorable meals, and he found joy in caring for his pets, who were cherished companions.
David's greatest pride was his family and the friendships he nurtured throughout his life.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
