It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of David Kincannon, whom was born on Saturday, February 19, 1949, in St. Louis, MO, and passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at his residence in Arnold, MO. He was affectionately known as Dave – a man whose life was a shining example of kindness, compassion, honor, and unwavering faith. To know Dave was to experience true goodness; to be loved by him was a gift that will be treasured forever.

He was the most kind, compassionate, and honorable man of faith that anyone could ever have the pleasure to know. His gentle presence, quiet strength, and sincere devotion to his family, his friends, and to God left an unforgettable impact on all who had the privilege of crossing his path.

Dave was also quick with a joke or two – his sharp wit and warm sense of humor could light up any room. His laughter was contagious, and his joy for life made even ordinary moments feel special.

Dave was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Kathy, with whom he shared fifty-two beautiful years of marriage. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and unwavering support. He was a proud and loving father to his two children: David (Sarah) Kincannon of Littleton, CO and Shannon (Larry) Price of Arnold, MO. He was also the cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren – Davey and Tommy Kincannon of Littleton, CO; Rebekah (Ryan) Desmond of Arvada, CO; Briana Price (Brooke Brown) of Arnold, MO; Kaleigh Kincannon (Cody Leonard) of Pevely, MO; Larry (Miranda) Price of Pevely, MO; Tyler Price (Joseph Shaw) of Arnold, MO; Chase and Chandler Price of Arnold, MO – each of whom brought him great pride and joy. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Remi and Reese Houska of Pevely, MO; Emersyn, Larry and Alayna Price of Pevely, MO; and Alex Desmond of Arvada, CO, who will grow up hearing stories of the remarkable man who loved them so deeply.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Orville J. and Jewel L. Kincannon (nee Cavin); his brother, Michael Kincannon; and his sister, Kathleen Robinson. Their memory remained dear to him throughout his life.

He was also deeply loved by many nieces and nephews, who will carry forward his spirit of kindness and joy (at least they better).

Dave was faithfully loved by his dog, Willow, who rarely left his side. Her constant companionship brought him comfort and peace in his later years.
