David O. Kincer

Beloved husband and father, David O. Kincer, 79, passed away December 23, 2022. David was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He spent many years as a purchasing agent for Stow Manufacturing and was the original owner of Tego's Tavern in Conklin. He enjoyed doing taxes for Tax Works and was an avid runner and enjoyed boating on Cayuga Lake.
He was predeceased by his son Neil David Kincer, mother Katherine Cooney Kincer and brother William Kincer. David is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years Rita, children Debra Gage and partner Joe Davis, Ed Kincer and partner Casey Parker. He leaves behind six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Helen Kincer.
Funeral services will be held 6:00 pm, Thursday, December 29, 2022, at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Monsignor Michael Meagher officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 until 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Chow or the Binghamton Rescue mission.
