David Bradford King, born on April 25, 1962, in Amityville, NY, peacefully passed away on August 2, 2025, in Myrtle Beach, SC, at the age of 63. David was a dedicated worker and cherished family man, whose presence will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.

For two decades, David served as a faithful employee of the United States Postal Service, where he worked diligently at the main post office in Washington, DC. His commitment to his work and his colleagues was unwavering, and he took great pride in his role within the community.

Beyond his professional life, David found joy and excitement in visiting casinos, especially during his years in Memphis. He possessed a special knack for the roulette wheel and was often considered remarkably lucky by those who accompanied him.

David is preceded in death by his beloved parents, David and Grace King. He leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted wife, Diana King; his daughter, Samantha, and her husband Evan Davis of Marshall, VA; his son, Alex, and his wife Karissa King of Florence, SC; and his treasured grandchildren, Ivy, Sage, and Kai. David is also survived by his sister, Susan, and brother, Kenny.

In keeping with his family's wishes, a private gathering will be held at a later date to honor and remember David's life and legacy. Though he is no longer with us, David's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched during his lifetime.
