David's association with various organizations spoke volumes about his character. A member of the Salisbury Gun Club, the Delmarva Coon Hunter's Association, the League of Maryland Horseman, the Tuckahoe Equestrian Association, and the National Rifle Association, he shared his passions with others who held similar interests. David's love for horseback riding, hunting, and fishing were not merely hobbies but a testament to his appreciation for nature and the simple pleasures of life.
David was the epitome of what it means to be funny, handy, and generous. His quick wit could lighten any mood, his skillful hands could fix almost anything, and his open heart never hesitated to give to those in need.
