David Benson Marks

David Benson Marks, age 80, of Mantua Twp., NJ formerly of Wenonah & Pittsgrove Twp., NJ passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Jefferson Hospital in Washington Twp., NJ. Born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Benson Jelliffe Marks and Jeannette Marie (nee Woodward), he graduated from Woodbury High School. He earned his business degree from Pierce Business School and worked for Columbia Records in Pitman, NJ. In his spare time, he enjoyed golf, football, playing cards, and horse racing. Dave was also an avid Philadelphia Phillies and NASCAR Fan.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Jean Marks; two daughters, Susan Altimus & her husband, Scott and Bonnie Newman & her husband, Hank; three grandsons, Sean & Shane Altimus and David James Newman; and his sister, Barbara Frank & her husband, Albert. Dave was predeceased by his sister, Cheryl Price.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
