David Eugene Marlow, age 61 of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at his home. He was born on January 18, 1965 to the late Frank Eugene Marlow and Rosa Lee Hawkins Byrd in Knoxville. David was a hardworking man his entire life who enjoyed working on cars. Though he experienced difficult times, David was a kind and loving man with a big heart who would do anything to help people.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, brothers, Larry Seiber, and Terry Seiber; sisters, Kathy Lively, Zena Faye Turner, and Penny Baker.

He is survived by: daughter, Belinda Hernandez and husband Rogelio of Rocky Face, GA; sons, TJ Marlow and wife Katelyn of Lancaster, CA, David Eugene Marlow, Jr. of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Briona Hernandez, Joseph Hernandez, Ryleigh Marlow, Mallory Marlow, and Tanner Marlow; siblings, Lena Williams, Sheena Adkins, Frankie Bradford, Maggie Marlow (Kenny); and his twin brother, Timmy Marlow who was his constant companion and best friend; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 11am to 1pm. His graveside service will then follow at the Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Lindsay officiating. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
