David W. Martinez, 64, affectionately known as "Dave" passed away February 12, 2025. He was born May 2, 1960 to Benito Jr. and Emma Martinez, who precede him in death along with his sister, Cordy Martinez; in-laws, Jess and Rose Trujillo; sister-in-law, Patty Jo Trujillo and brother-in-law, Dickie Trujillo.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jackie "Pix" Trujillo-Martinez; daughters, Jessica Trujillo and Jennifer Trujillo-Rael(Justin Rael); his bonus daughter, Jacklyn Williams; his 2 granddaughters, Davee Trujillo-Rael and Emma Trujillo-Rael; and his very special niece, Rebecca Robinson; siblings, Nancy (John) Vigil, Jeanette Martinez, Rick (Nanette McClelland) Martinez, and Steven Martinez; sister-in-law, Victoria Esquivel; in-laws, Mike and Debbie Trujillo, Berniece Trujillo and Chuck Trujillo; also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; his special 4 legged furbabies, Lola, Beau, Jaxon, Lukas, Frankie and Scooter Boy.
He was an avid Denver Bronco and Denver Nuggets fan. He was strong in his Christian faith, enjoyed singing, reading his bible, along with camping and fishing.
He will be truly missed by all who loved him.
At his request, cremation. No formal services.
