Graveside service for David McCready, 77, of Joshua will be conducted at 3:00 P.M., Friday, February 9, 2024 in Greenacres Memorial Park in Cleburne. Visitation will be 6-8:00, Thursday, February 8, 2024 at the funeral home.
David passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in Fort Worth. He was born December 3, 1946 in Cleburne to Arthur Manor and Maurice Evett (Abbott) McCready. David married Kay Lynn Hadley on August 28, 1972 in Tarrant County. He served as a police officer in Itasca. He was an Eagle Scout.
David is survived by his brother, Michael McCready and wife, Vickie; step-son Charles Hadley; nephew, Michael McCready; niece, Amber Owens and several cousins.
David is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Kay McCready.
