David Dale McFerrin, age 59, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025. Born on August 6, 1966, in Waseca, Minnesota, David was the beloved son of Sara Kay DiVan and the late Dennis Dale McFerrin.

David grew up surrounded by a lively and loving family, sharing his early years with his siblings Laurie, Josh, Mark, and Michael. He graduated from Evergreen High School, and soon after found his calling in the health insurance industry, where he devoted more than 40 years of service. Known for his dedication, professionalism, and integrity, David earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

On June 26, 2012, on the beautiful shores of Barbados, David married the love of his life, Staci McFerrin. Their partnership was one of deep affection, laughter, and devotion. Together, they built a vibrant life filled with travel, good food, shared adventures, and treasured time with family.

David had many passions-he was an avid golfer, an enthusiastic traveler, a car aficionado, a true foodie, and above all, a devoted family man. His lively sense humor, genuine kindness, and fearless love for life made him a joy to be around. He was the kind of person who made every gathering brighter and every challenge easier to face.

David is survived by his loving wife, Staci McFerrin; his children Angie Rubino, Jordyn Henderson, Jessica McFerrin, and Ashley McFerrin; and his cherished grandchildren Mia, Erick, Zoey, and Ayla, who brought him immeasurable joy. He is also survived by his parents, Sara DiVan and Elaine McFerrin; siblings Laurie, Josh, Mark, and Michael; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Dale McFerrin, who passed in 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and close friends.

David's legacy is one of love, loyalty, and laughter. His presence will be deeply missed, but his influence lives on in the countless lives he touched.
