A native of Moore County he was a son of the late Albert and Alice Bell Nunnery McIntosh. David worked for Pinehurst, Inc. for many years in golf course maintenance at Pinehurst #6.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Key McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children Jason McIntosh (Kaylee) of Carthage; daughter Tammy McIntosh (Rhodney Davis) of Highfalls; his long time companion Linda Niedworok; sisters Barbara McIntosh and Alice Wicker; brother Joe McIntosh (Arleen) all of Carthage; four grandchildren Brandy McIntosh, Haydn Ross, Nevaeh Ross and Noelle Davis; great granddaughter Hayvn Chisholm-Ross.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Monday at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Mike Garner. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Services are entrusted to Fry & Prickett Funeral Home.
