David T. Miller

David T. Miller, 77, of Toledo, passed away quietly at his home on February 20, 2026.

David was a graduate of Libbey High School and a proud United States Air Force veteran. He dedicated 45 years of service to Container Graphics Corporation, where he worked as a skilled Cutting Die Maker. He was married to the love of his life, Barbara, for 51 wonderful years.

David was a longtime member of the Maumee Eagles, where he enjoyed spending time with his wife Barb and many dear friends. He played softball for many years, bowled in his younger days, and loved playing cards with his family. On weekends, depending on the season, you could always find him cheering on his favorite teams — the Ohio State Buckeyes, Detroit Lions, and Detroit Tigers. He especially loved watching the Buckeyes with his grandsons and nephews.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Betty Miller, and his five brothers.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara; his daughter, Tracy (Ryan) Black; his son, Jeffrey; and his beloved grandchildren, Ava, Addison, Brayden, Asher, and Logan. He is also survived by his sisters, Jerri (Larry), and Patty (Steve); sisters-in-law, Linda (Denny), and Kathy; along with many cherished nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 28, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Walter Funeral Home of Toledo with a blessing to conclude the service. A Celebration of Life will be held afterwards at the Maumee Eagles from 3:00-6:00. p.m. located at 2301 Detroit Ave. Maumee, Ohio 43537.
