Chief David Allen Millner, U.S. Navy (Ret.), passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025, with his beloved wife, Mary Louise, by his side. He was 78 years old.
David was a respected Navy Chief, a decorated veteran, and deeply proud of his naval service.
Born on February 11, 1947, in Jacksonville, Oregon, to Roger and Nancy Cram, David grew up with a strong sense of duty and family. He met the love of his life, Mary Louise, at church, and the two were married in 1967, beginning a lifelong partnership built on faith, devotion, and love.
David is survived by his wife, Mary Louise; his sons, David Jr. and Robert; three grandsons; and his cherished great-granddaughter, Scarlett. He also leaves behind his beloved sister, Diana.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Episcopal Church in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
David Millner was loved by everyone who knew him. His strength, kindness, and integrity touched countless lives, and he will be truly missed.
