David B.
Age 67, of Penn Hills, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, following a year long battle with complications of cancer. Beloved husband of 42 years to Lisa (Ritchie) Morrison; Father of Adam Morrison, Shaylyn (Jared) Rinehart, and Garrett Morrison (Tina Yost); Grandfather of Aurora, Athena, Finley, Logan, Blake, and Devyn; Son of Jean and the late Darrell (Jeannine) Morrison; Brother of Bill (Nita) Morrison, Lee Ann Kairis, and Bob Morrison; also survived by nieces and nephews. Dave worked for Channel 11 for over 40 years, where he made lifelong friends. He loved to cycle and rode along most of the local trails. Deeply devoted to his faith, Dave witnessed his love for Christ to many and if their is any peace to be had in this difficult time, it is knowing that he in the warm embrace of his Lord and Savior. Friends received, Saturday, 12:00pm until Service at 3:00pm Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd., 7450 Saltsburg Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Cancer Society, 106 Merchant Ln, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 or American Diabetes Association- Western PA, 100 W Station Square Dr #1900, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
