David Isaac Norris, 46, of Macomb, formerly of Mount Savage, Maryland passed away at Thursday, December 11, 2025 at his residence in Macomb.

He was born on November 28, 1979 in Cumberland, Maryland to Michael and Mary Sue Robison Norris. He attended Mount Savage School, graduating in 1997 before joining the Army. David was a proud US Military veteran who completed a tour of duty in the Army from 1997-2000 before joining the Navy from 2001-2006. He married Beth McKenzie on April 21, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Beth McKenzie-Norris of Macomb; one daughter, Izabella McKenzie-Norris of Macomb; his parents, Michael and Mary Sue Norris; two sisters, Renee Ormsbee and Elizabeth Norris as well as brother-in-law, Carl Ormsbee and nieces and nephews, Alex, Sarah, Evelyn, Abriahannah, Mariska, Brian and Rachael. Dave had many friends, I wish I could name them all. Dave held some special people close to his heart. Ben was his brother from another mother from the Navy. Also, Jason (Moo Maw) and Selena, who have been friends forever.

David and his family have lived in Macomb since 2021. He worked as a technician for Arnold Brother Heating and Cooling and was an active member of the American Legion and VFW.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends as well as playing golf and the popular computer game W.O.W (World of Warcraft).
