David A. Noyes

With deep sorrow we announce the death of David A. Noyes (80) of West Roxbury on October 10, 2023. He was beloved husband of Maureen A. (Hannigan) Noyes, loving father of David M. Noyes of West Roxbury, Brian J Noyes and his wife Amanda of Plymouth, Papa to his three grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony, and Oliver, an uncle to dozens of nieces and nephews, an amazing friend and neighbor to so many in his West Roxbury neighborhood. He spent countless hours volunteering in the St. Theresa's Parish community as an usher and a recess monitor for the school.
A special thanks to his VNA care staff for their time and compassion at the end stages of his care as well as his neighbor Eileen, sister-in-law Bernadette Clark, brother-in-law Frank Hannigan, nieces Courtney and Ashley, and his friends Lynne and Mike for visiting with him these past few months.
Visiting Hours at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Sunday, October 15th from 3-7pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday, October 16th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Avila Church, West Roxbury at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org which David was passionate about.
