David J O'Donnell of Orland Park, Illinois. Born on July 3, 1953 and passed away peacefully on April 9, 2024 at the age of 70.
David was the son of the late Madonna (nee Shanahan) and John (Jack) O'Donnell. Devoted husband to Roberta and loving father to the late Colleen O'Donnell, Brian (Leah) O'Donnell, Kristin (Brian) Hoogervorst, and Kevin (Kathryn) O'Donnell. Proud grandfather of Evan and Keira O'Donnell; Brayden and Gavin Hoogervorst; and Sean, Ryan, and Paige O'Donnell. Loyal brother to Donna, John, Daniel, Michael, Thomas, Patrick, and Robert.
Memorial Visitation, Tuesday, April 16, 2024, 3:00-8:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue Tinley Park, IL. Interment is Private.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a cause dear to David's heart. Providing support for fallen military and first responder families.
