Dave was born in Hancock, New Hampshire, and grew up in Gardner, Massachusetts. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 22 years, dedicating much of his life to military service. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he worked as a supplies clerk for the City of Phoenix Waste Water Treatment Plant.
In his free time, Dave enjoyed watching sports-especially New England Patriots football-along with off-roading at the dunes and playing golf. Dave always enjoyed a good joke and spent time volunteering as a coach for youth sports. These hobbies brought him enjoyment and connection throughout his life.
He is survived by his son, Alex Osier; his brothers, Mark Osier and Dan Osier; his sister, Denise Haase; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Osier, and his mother, Arline Osier

If you would like help with any matters related to casualty assistance, Defense Finance & Accounting Service, Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP), Veterans Affairs (VA), etc. you can contact our office on Pease Air National Guard Base at 603-430-2636 or [email protected]. The RAO is staffed by volunteers, all military retirees themselves, and our sole purpose is to provide assistance to any military retirees and surviving spouses/family members with anything related to their military service and/or benefits, in particular during difficult times such as this.
We are deeply sorry for your loss.
