Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ofield Funeral Home on Aug. 22, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

David Alexander Ostrowski Jr. peacefully entered his eternal home on August 22, 2025 at the age of 56. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; their son, Elijah; his mother, Marilyn Ostrowski; his brother, Scott Ostrowski; his sister, Wendy (Jeff) Bramer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. David was proceeded in death by his father, David Ostrowski Sr.; his mother-in-law, Peggy Van Eyk; and his grandparents, Francis and Stella Ostrowski and Edward and Margaret Faust.

Dave's kind and gentle spirit was evident in every interaction, but it was with his family where his love truly shone brightest. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with Elijah. Dave will be deeply missed by many.

To honor Dave's life, his family will be having a Celebration of Life on September 20, 2025 at 11:00am at Ottawa Reformed Church, 11390 Station Street in West Olive, Michigan, officiated by Pastor Adam Moritz. The family will be available for visitation at 10:00am and will host a lunch to immediately follow the service.
