David Page departed his life on March 30th, 2025, at the golden age of 92 years old, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton, New Jersey.
David was born October 21, 1932 in Gainesville, Florida to the late James & Janie Page. David was one out of twenty-two children. David received his early education both in Florida, and South Carolina where he graduated from Sims High in Union, South Carolina. David then enlisted in the Air Force in 1953. David's rank while in the Air Force was A/1C E-4, and he worked as an Aircraft Mechanic up until he was honorably discharged in 1962.
David relocated to Trenton, New Jersey with his beloved late wife Annie Mae Page. They were married for almost 30 years before her passing. From this union David and Annie Mae had their loving son Samuel L. Page.
During David's glorious years of life, he was a watchman of the night (security guard), but his true passion was being an entrepreneur. David was known in the city of Trenton as "The Mover". David started his own business by purchasing a box truck and moving people. No move was too big, too small, or too far of a travel for David "The Mover" Page.
David was a man of many skills he could build and/or put anything together. Fun fact, when David was 13 years old, he built his own room in his childhood home because he was tired of sharing with his many siblings. David was a fan of Atlan- tic City, specifically Caesar's Casino. A slot machine would hate to see David coming.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his loving wife Annie Mae Page, twenty-one siblings, and long-time companion Janice Griffin.
David's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his last surviving brother J.D. Page; his son and daughter-in-law Samuel L. & Raquel Page; his five grandchildren Courtney P. Boone, Samuel L. (Hadiyah) Page II, Shamere L. Knox, Savannah L. Page, and Sean L. Page; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and a grand host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Funeral service will 12pm Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 11am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
