David Pearson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. - Leesport on Jan. 6, 2026.
David Clark Pearson, 64, of Perry Twp., passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 in his residence. He was the husband of Cynthia R. (Henrich) Pearson. They were married August 16, 1986 and celebrated 39 years of marriage.

Born in Fords, Middlesex County, NJ, he was the son of the late Clark L. and Veronica M. (Darab) Pearson. He graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1980. David worked in commercial printing for 25 years; and last worked in metal fabrication, working for EMS in Hamburg for the past 8 years. He enjoyed playing the drums, fishing, and refinishing furniture. Woodworking and building furniture were also a favorite of his. He enjoyed yard work, and all things outdoors; especially going fishing in the Outer Banks. Perhaps most of all, he loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a son: David Clark Pearson, II, husband of Samantha A., Reading; a daughter: Kerri B. (Ketchledge) Collick, wife of Miguel, Birdsboro; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother: John L. Pearson, husband of Karen M., West Keansburg, NJ; and two sisters: Debbie A. (Pearson) Rogers, Nazareth, and Laurie J. (Pearson) Ohlandt, wife of William, East Stroudsburg.
