Mr. David Lee Peters, Jr. received his wings on Saturday, December 7, 2024. David was born on March 16, 1972, in Independence, Louisiana to Juan Al-Lateef and David Lee Peters Sr.
David enjoyed riding his motorbike, named Tallulah. He was a lover of all sports, including basketball, football, and baseball. He enjoyed listening to all types of music. He was a great chef and found joy in cooking. David loved the outdoors, which included walking the trails, outdoor cookouts, and spending time with his family and friends. David was definitely a mama’s boy.
David leaves to cherish his memory his mother Juan Al-Lateef; father, David Lee Peters Sr.; two sons, Sabastian, and David; two bonus daughters, Kellie and Jessica; his significant other, Dana; two nieces, Kendra (Kevin), and Mace’On (David); one nephew, Victor; one great niece, Hunny; two great nephews, Kairo-James, and Kendrixx; two sisters, Kashunda, and Tiffany; a host other nieces, aunts, and uncles, and many other relatives and friends.
David was preceded in death by his daddy Yusuf Al-Lateef whom he affectionally called “Pops” who loved him dearly.
The family would like to express special thanks to Saginaw Comfort Care, Kevin Shultz, Charles, and Cliff.
