David J. Price

David J. Price, age 78, of the Somerton neighborhood of Philadelphia passed away on Thursday March 20, 2025 at Brookdale Northampton in Richboro. Dave graduated from Frankford High School in 1964 and joined the Navy. He served aboard the U.S.S. Randolph on a Mediterranean tour. He was a dedicated Philadelphia Firefighter for 35 years retiring in 2004. Beloved son of the late Elva (Roeger) and John F. Price, he is survived by his beloved wife Susan (Hanlon), his loving children Jeffrey D. Price, Colleen Price, Laura (Julian) Jones, his loving brother Steven (Georgia) Price, his treasured grandson Maxwell Price and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration on Thursday March 27, 2025 at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home 10975 Academy Rd. Phila., Pa. 19154, where his funeral service will be held at 10am till 12 noon. A private interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery will be held at a later date.
