David Dewayne Resh

David Dewayne Resh, the son of David Sr. and Joyce (Sheridan) Resh, was born October 23rd, 1962 in Estherville, Iowa. He was raised and educated in Eagle Grove.

David was in a relationship and had two sons, David and Derek, they later separated. He was then united in marriage to Kelly Willard in 1988, they had one child, Samantha, they later divorced. David had a long-term relationship with Lisa Williams, they had one child, Hannah, they later separated. He was than in a relationship with Lauri Amsbaugh, they later separated.

David worked for A.D.S., drove truck for Keim Trucking, worked for Frigidaire and B & E Construction.

David enjoyed fishing, playing pool and spending time with his brothers and family.

David passed away at Clarion Wellness and Rehab in Clarion, on Friday, June 6th, 2025 at the age of 62 years. He was preceded in death by son, Derek Resh; sister, Stacy Russell; brother, Doug Resh and nephews: Malachi and Devin Resh.

He is survived by his son, David Anderson; daughters: Sammie Resh (Paco) and Hannah Resh; parents, David Sr and Joyce Resh; siblings; Brenda Konecne (Mike), Dan Resh (Shannon), Dennis Resh (Angie) and Shane Hilbert; grandchildren: Havana, Devin, Nakoda, Cambria, Nolan, Keyan, and Felix; future grandchild, Malakai and many aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews.
