David will be joined in heaven with his mother and father, Lois (nee Kase) and Irving Rubin, his mother and father-in-law Priscilla (nee Welter) and Richard Jensen, wife Maryellen and brother-in-law John Jensen.
Celebration of Life Wednesday 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Chevy Chase Country Club, 1000 N. Milwaukee Ave. Wheeling, IL.
In lieu of flowers donations to The American Cancer Society or Northwestern Memorial Hospital would be greatly appreciated.

High school. Then he married my best friend. I will always be grateful to him for being such a wonderful husband to Coral and the best dad to Jason and Jamie.
I was shocked to learn David had cancer and that he had passed all within the same 15 mins.
My heart is heavy for Coral and the kids. Loss is an extreme pain we all experience at some point.
God Bless you and keep you close during this most difficult time, Coral, Jason and Jamie.
