He found peace and joy in the serenity of the water and the beauty of the beach, making frequent visits to the coast to indulge in his favorite pastimes.
He is survived by his brothers, Daniel R. Scott and Daryl Scott, who, along with many friends and family members, will miss him dearly. David's legacy extends beyond his achievements and passions, living on in the countless lives he touched with his kindness and generosity.
Respectful and caring in all his endeavors, David's life is a beautiful chapter that will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones. As arrangements are made and further details emerge, family and friends are invited to express their condolences and remember the remarkable life David led.
