Mildred (Jacques) O'Donnell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, at the age of 102.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, on April 5, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Marion (Lefebvre) Jacques. Educated in the Lowell schools, she graduated from St. Joseph's High School. Mildred, a woman of strong faith, was a devoted communicant of St. Mary Magdalene Church. She lived with quiet grace, kindness, and a steadfast devotion to family and friends.

Mildred was an avid tennis player in her younger years and remained active and engaged throughout her life. She was a voracious reader, loved working through challenging puzzles, and could always be counted on for a competitive game of Words With Friends. Each evening, she found comfort and strength in her nightly rosary. She will be remembered for her warm smile, thoughtful words, and the countless stories she shared about her incredible memories. To know Mildred was to see a spirit of generosity, humor, and love.

Mildred leaves behind her son, William O'Donnell; her daughter-in-law, Margaret O'Donnell; her grandchildren, William, Jared, Beth, Brittany, Kelly, Shanelle, Charlie and Patrick O'Donnell, and Holly McNamara; her cherished great-grandchildren; a special niece, Mildred "Midge" Poirier, and many other loving nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Thomas O'Donnell; her sons, Bruce O'Donnell and Brian O'Donnell; her granddaughter, Brooke O'Donnell; her brothers, Raymond, Ernest, Robert, and Leo Jacques; and her sisters, Rita Fontaine, Theresa Flannagan, Annette Gaudet, and Lauretta Cavelli.

Her family and friends will forever cherish the memory of her remarkable life and the love she so freely gave.
