David Selva Obituary
beloved husband of Maryam (Movafagh) Della Selva.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Mauro and Antonetta (Gentile) Della Selva, he grew-up in
Narragansett. David worked for RI Energy.
David will be remembered for his loving nature and big heart.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Sophia and Julianna Della Selva.
His funeral will be held Monday, March 13, 2023 at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL
HOME & Crematory – SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, (Rt. 1A),
Narragansett followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035
Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North
Kingstown. VISITING HOURS Sunday 2-5pm.

Dave was a dear friend for many decades. Best memory was changing some tires he had at the auto garage I ran in mid 80's on a Saturday afternoon. I was working by myself but "we"got it done and Dave was on his way... Minutes later, I see Dave walking back to garage... Dave tells me while driving one of his wheels passed him by....lol "We" forgot the lug nuts on one of the wheels. We laughed.. We also had many battles on the chess board. Miss him already.
