David Shaklee Obituary
The memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of David James Shaklee, 57, of Enid, was held privately under the direction of Brown-Cummings, a life celebration home.
David James Shaklee was born December 31, 1966, to James Harold and Doris May Cannady Shaklee in Sulfur Springs, TX and passed from this life October 27, 2024, in Enid, Oklahoma.
He moved to Ardmore as a child and was raised and educated in Watonga. He moved to Saline Missouri where he graduated from Centaurus High School. He married Beth Leanne Menser July 17, 1992, and from this union came three sons, Bryan, Darren, and Justin Shaklee. The Couple moved to Enid, Oklahoma to be near family where he worked for Advance Pierre for fourteen years and Heartland Metals until he became medically disabled in 2020. He enjoyed listening to country music, working in the yard and tinkering with vehicles.
He is survived by his three sons Bryan, Darren, and Justin; and three siblings, Randy Shaklee, of Denton Texas, Carol Coleman, of Enid, and Susan Herndon and her husband Darrell, of Enid.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beth Shaklee, his parents James and Doris Shaklee, and one sister, Sharon Ogle.
