David C. Teater

David was born on August 12, 1934 and passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018. David was a resident of New Providence, Iowa at the time of passing. He received his education from the Adena Public Schools. Burial will follow the service at Honey Creek Cemetery in rural New Providence with graveside military rites accorded by the United States Navy Honor Guard and the American Legion Walter-Sayer Post #182 and V.F.W. Roll-Harless #3974 of Eldora. A visitation for Dave will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Creps-Abels Funeral home in Eldora, Iowa. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Honey Creek New Providence Friends Church in New Providence, Iowa. Burial will follow the service at Honey Creek Cemetery in rural New Providence with graveside military rites accorded by the United States Navy Honor Guard and the American Legion Walter-Sayer Post #182 and V.F.W. Roll-Harless #3974 of Eldora. Visitation at the Creps-Abels Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on May 15, 2018. Memorials may be directed to the family for a charity of their choosing.
