David Tidball Obituary
reached the age of 82 on October 16 and was happy to have a final
Birthday gathering with many of his friends and family before he passed.
Early in his adult life, he served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S.
Army. He went on to make his career as a Certified Public Accountant,
running his own independent practice for over forty years before
retiring.
He was predeceased by his parents, Atlee and Elizabeth Tidball of Canton,
Ohio, his first wife, Carol (Hilmus) Tidball, and his last wife, Betty
(Spencer) Tidball.
He is survived by his sons, Charles Tidball and John Tidball (husband of
Shellie), his grandchildren, Tyler and Carol-Ann, and Betty's children:
Suzanne Tidball, Steve Spencer, and Stephanie Lampkin and their
children and grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and
friends.

Very sorry to hear the sad news about David. He was a good friend in the 70's and provided a lot of advice and assistance to me when he was an in-charge auditor at TN State Audit. He paid for a meal or two we had together at Western Sizzling and I helped him move to Hendersonville and with his real estate ventures. Fond memories of David.
