I was a Plano Dispatcher for 30 years. I met Ofcr Tilley when he was in patrol training. I had corrected him with a MDC (computer) message regarding the manner in which he'd requested a computer check on a person. He commented to his Patrol Training Ofcr "Well, who does she think SHE is!?" His PTO told him, "That's 620 (my dispatcher #) and you'd best do it the way she asked." Later, his PTO brought him into Dispatch and we got to meet and I heard about their conversation. We all had a good laugh and in the many years afterward we enjoyed a wonderful work relationship. I was honored to meet his precious wife years later. I am as shocked as everyone as to his untimely passing, but I pray for God's peace and comfort to surround his family, his police family, and all those who knew and loved him. RIP David.

R.I.P. David you were always one of the Officers who stood out. Making a better difference and providing for our community was always in your for front. You will never be forgotten.

Officer Tilley responded when my mom died. He was so kind, that was 18 years ago and I still remember him.
