David E. Turner was born on April 22, 1970, in Ruston, Louisiana and passed away on August 21, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana. David studied surgical technology and received an associates degree from Bossier Community College. David was a member of Restored Church of God and with God's grace, fought a long hard battle for 6 years with liver cancer and chronic pain. He had a love for history, science, reading and was always eager to learn new things. David always was telling a funny joke to whoever would listen.
