David Wayne Valentine, Sr., 65, of Martinsburg, WV entered into the presence of the Lord on the morning of Friday, July 18, 2025 at his home, surrounded by loving family.

Born on April 26, 1960 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Robert and Patsy Valentine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Valentine.

David attended Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.

David was a guard on the DMZ line in the U.S. Army.

David was in business for himself for over 30 years. He loved football and was a Buffalo Bills fan, Nascar and traveling.

He is survived and cared for by his Daughter, Amanda Blair and husband, Brian, of Greencastle, PA; and Son David Valentine, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV.

He is also survived by his Daughters, Nichole Valentine of Smithsburg, MD; Angela Branch and husband, Marshall, of Hagerstown, MD, Kelly Valentine of Greencastle, PA, Samantha and Savannah Valentine both of Smithsburg, MD; Sister, Debbie Valentine-Smith of Boonsboro, MD; Brother, Rick Valentine and wife, Deann of Hagerstown, MD; 13 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson on the way; and several Nieces and 1 Nephew.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 10 AM at Broadfording Church Cemetery, 13535 Broadfording Church Rd Hagerstown, MD 21740 with Pastor Sean Brumbaugh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the ALS Association, 1275 K Street NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC 20005.
