David Verosky Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Yeosock Funeral Home - Plains on Dec. 30, 2025.
David "Dave" Verosky, 76, of Kingston passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Dave lived a life marked by hard work, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to help others. Throughout his life, Dave wore many hats - professionally, socially, and mechanically. From selling cars to driving trucks and pursuing new ventures, he was a true "jack of all trades," always ready to lend a hand. If Dave couldn't fix something himself, he always knew someone who could. Dave honorably served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era.

Dave never enjoyed sitting still. He spent his free time golfing, fishing, building projects from scratch, socializing with friends, and taking long country rides with his loyal dog, Baxter. His greatest passion, however, was his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Over the years, he owned several and fully embraced the lifestyle, from the open road to the many accessories and memorabilia that reflected his love for the brand.

Though imperfect like all of us, Dave was unwavering and exceptional in his role as a father. His devotion to his son was unmatched, shown through his constant willingness to go above and beyond with genuine love and sincerity. Being a father was the role he cherished most.

Dave is survived by his son, Eric Verosky; his sister-in-law, Gertrude Verosky; and his cousin, Michel Sudal.

David will be remembered for his generosity, his hands-on skills, his love of the road, and the deep bond he shared with his son. His memory will live on through those who loved him.
