David Vossen Obituary
He was born September 29, 1948, son of the late Harry and Josephine (Rabbit) Vossen.
David was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the former St Paul's Episcopal Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. He worked for the former Blaw Knox and retired from the City of Wheeling Water Treatment. He especially loved good conversations with friends.
He is survived by a sister, Pam Showalter and her husband, Jim of Bellaire; a close friend Ulrich Utt and several cousins.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St, Elm Grove, Wheeling.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 1645 West 8th St., Erie, PA 16505 or to a charity of donor's choice.

Dave was one of my students at WVNCC. He could do anything he put his mind to - excelling at everything. I taught 1000s of students but Dave and the Blaw Knox crew are unforgettable. What an amazing man! I am sorry I have let time slip by.
