David Brian Waller, 47, of Flomaton, Al, passed away on December 9, 2025 at Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida.
He was born August 29, 1978 in Atmore, Al. He was an avid hunter and was a log truck driver for Joiner Enterprises for many years until his retirement.
He is survived by his Father, David Randy Waller of Flomaton, Al and his mother, Patsy Jean Alverson of Atmore, Al
Mother in law Barbara Silcox Jones of Pensacola,Fl.
His wife, Denise Merritt Waller and his children, Houston (Annie) Westbrook, Whitney Westbrook, Peyton Waller and Hayleigh (Chris) Botter. Thomas Waller whom he loved so much. His stepchildren, Taylor Merritt, Kohl Merritt and Caitlin Ortiz.
His brother Daniel Lee Waller, nephew, Adam Waller and niece Adrian Waller.
Brother in law, Michael (Judy) Merritt, and sisters in law, Christine (James) Fincher and Dawn Watson and his lifelong best friend and brother, Michael Harrelson.
He leaves behind a total of 18 grandchildren that will miss their Papa terribly. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Wendy Darlene Waller, special friend, Kristina Dyal, his grandparents Aubrey and Ruby Waller, Junior Vestal and Irma Jean Macks Vestal. Father in law, Robert Charles Merritt.
Brian was a special man, always ready to make you smile, listen to you when you needed someone, lend a helping hand, or give you the advice that you needed but didn't want to hear. His absence has left a hole in the lives of everyone he knew that no one will be able to fill. He will be forever missed.
His wife would like to extend a special thank you to his logging family that made this past year so special for him. Lamar Joiner, Jody Joiner, Gregory Smith and Matt Dixon, he loved you all.
The family will have a viewing on December, 17, 2025 at Jay Funeral Chapel on Hwy. 4, In Jay, Fl. Family viewing will be from 12pm-1pm followed by a viewing for his friends from 1pm-2pm.
