David Walsh

David Walsh, a kind and gentle soul known for his creativity and meticulous nature, passed away on June 3, 2025, in Fayetteville, GA. He was 69 years old.
Born on February 17, 1956, David was a man who embodied the spirit of generosity and a willingness to help anyone in need. His innate ability to fix anything was matched only by his dedication to doing things with care and precision.
David enjoyed a long and successful career with Delta Airlines, where he served in interline marketing. After 28 years of dedicated service, he retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and commitment.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Barbara Walsh, and his brothers, John Walsh and Andrew Walsh.
David is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Walsh; his son, Graham Walsh and his wife, Stephanie; his daughter, Courtney Goettke and her husband Rich; his step-son, Jared Ford; his sister, Mary Harris and her husband Mike; his brother, Jim Walsh and his wife Cheryl. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who will deeply miss him.
A Celebration of Life for friends to gather and share memories of David will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Centennial Club House, located at 117 Centennial Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
David's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, a testament to a life well-lived and a man who touched the lives of many with his kindness.
