David Warfel Obituary

Dave was born January 21, 1968, at Harrisburg, Pa.
He was a 1985 graduate of Halifax High School, member and Fire Chief of Carsonville Vol. Fire Company, Life Member and Trustee of the Halifax Fire Dept., member of the Dauphin County Fire Chief's Association, Pa. State Fire Instructor, a DCNR Instructor and a Forest Fire Warden. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, karaoke and family get togethers.
Dave is survived by his mother Nancy J. Fetterhoff Warfel, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Wesley Lee Warfel.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday June 6, 2025, from the Halifax High School, 3940 Peters Mountain Rd., Halifax, Pa. with Rev. Michael Knapp officiating. There will be a viewing from 9:00 AM until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Dave's name to the Carsonville Fire Company, 2990 Powells Valley Rd., Halifax, Pa. 17032.
