David Franklin Warren, 60, of Surry County, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Southampton Rehab Center in Richmond, Virginia. He was a member of Living Waters Church in Hampton, Virginia. David graduated from Tabb High School in York County. He worked in general construction and was also a heavy equipment operator. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and all-around outdoorsman who loved nature and its beauty.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Brown of Port Haywood, Virginia; a daughter, Nichole Goodman (George) of Mathews; brothers, Jason Emanuel and Tate Emanuel (Judy), all of Mathews; grandchildren, Justice, Jaiden, Lilianna, and Josiah; several nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Mike St. Clair.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, is assisting the family.
