David Westrup Obituary
He was born on May 23, 1950 in Glencoe, the son of Leonard & Anna (Remer) Westrup.
David was formerly employed at Millerbernd's for many years.
He enjoyed fishing and going for drives. He also enjoyed listening to classic rock and watching British comedies, Jimmy Buffett and Monty Python in particular.
Survived by his children: Emily (Jeramiah) Pearce of Sartell and Neal (Holly) Westrup of St. Louis, Missouri; a grandchild: Ivy Pearce; sisters: Helen Ekberg, Mona (John) Fillar, Leona (Greg) Irmiter and Kathleen (Louis) Quast; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Linus and Kenneth Westrup, and by a sister Mary Ann Nelson.
A Memorial Service for David Westrup will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 27th one hour prior to the service.
