David Michael Williams was born on December 16, 1962, in Washington, Kansas, the son of Norman Dean & Janice Kay (Waser) Williams. He passed away at his home in Fairbury on September 17, 2025, at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 1 day. David grew up in Washington, and graduated from Washington High School with the class of 1981. He then enlisted in the US Army, and was honorably discharged in 1982. David later moved to Fairbury where he was a self-employed entrepreneur. He is preceded in death by his mother Janice K. Williams, and an infant daughter Amanda Williams.

He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Williams of Fairbury, Natasha Workman and her husband Daryl of Fairbury; grandchildren Keilyn Saunders, Delaney Saunders, and Grayson Williams; life partner Lisa Trisler; his father Norman Williams; brother Danny Williams; sister Denise Wagner and her husband Kelly, sister Lisa Miller, niece Sydney Miller, and beloved white bulldog Alice.

Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home Chapel in Fairbury. Lunch will be at Union Bank meeting room following the service. A private family burial will take place at the Fairbury City Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials are requested to the family to assist with expenses, and may be mailed to Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home, PO Box 15, Fairbury, Nebraska, 68352.
