David J. Wilm
David, 56, passed peacefully on Sunday, April 16, 2023 from natural causes. He was born July 27, 1966 to the late John J. Wilm and Marilyn (Anslinger) in Haubstadt, Indiana.
David graduated from Gibson Southern High School and subsequently moved to Bicknell, Indiana and then to Vincennes, Indiana, where he resided until his death.
He was a huge fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals and was always proud to show off his Cardinal red wardrobe. David enjoyed music and loved attending live shows; he was an unapologetic REO Speedwagon fan.
Although he is survived only by two close relatives, brothers Brian (Donna) of Champaign, Illinois and Stan of Haubstadt, he was loved by many. His kind nature and easy, light-hearted laughter brought joy to all who knew him.
A Mass of Christian burial for David will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22 at the church.
Flowers are welcome, as are contributions to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Wade Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
