David Woerz Obituary
David graduated from Trinity Catholic High School in 1973. He retired from working in maintenance at Lowen Sign Company. David enjoyed hunting for rocks and fossils, gathering Native American artifacts, and attending swap meets.
He is survived by: brothers, Alan Woerz (Caryl) of Hutchinson and Mark Woerz (Chris Beyer) of St. Louis; nieces, Amanda Beals (Scott), Lisa Woerz, and Cynthia Woerz; great-nieces, Taylor and Brooklyn Beals; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas Woerz.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at Elliott Mortuary. Friends may sign his book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at Elliott Mortuary. Private inurnment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to TECH, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
