He was born on July 20, 1951, in Paintsville, KY, to the late Hershel and Sudie Baldwin Young.
He is survived by two brothers, Dugan Young and Danny Young. As well as a host of extended family.
Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Murray Family Cemetery in Lowmansville. Burial will follow. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in David's memory to the Jones-Preston Funeral Home by contacting them at 606-789-3501.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with all final arrangements for David Young.
