Davyn Wayne Addie was born Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, at 1:29 am to Anthony Scott Addie and Jazmyne Sylvia Cierre Flynn-Addie, alongside his beloved twin brother, Dareix Anthony Addie, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Davyn Wayne went to be with our Lord on Thursday, September 19th, 2024, at 7:13 am.
In addition to his parents and twin brother Dareix, he also leaves behind a host of loving family including his grandparents, Joseph W. and Belinda D. Flynn of Solsberry, Indiana and Scott A. and Susan A. Addie of Gosport, Indiana, Great Grandma Shirely A. Mullikin and Great Grandpa Charles A. and Jean Mullikin all of
Martinsville, Indiana, Aunt Whitney and Uncle Tayler Sears and cousins, Nevaeh and Sawyer, Aunt Savanah and Uncle Bob Day and cousins, Kinzlee, Hudson and Wyatt, Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Jim Webster and cousins, Emily, Drew and Isaac, Uncle Keith and Aunt Kelcie Stancombe and cousins, Kinslie, Cooper and Wilder, Aunt Kara Stancombe, as well as, numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Davyn was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Dernal Bowman (great papaw) and Veneta Bowman (great mamaw), Andrew Addie (great papaw) and Barbara Addie (great mamaw), Bessie Ranard (great great gaga), Kenneth Flynn (great pa) and Buelah Flynn (great gran), Barbara Stewart (great grammy) and numerous other great uncles and great aunts.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm at Liberty Church, 9721 N. Liberty Hollow Rd., Gosport, Indiana. Pastor Mathew Whitacre and Brother Luke Leeman will officiate a service celebrating Davyn's life beginning at 3:00 pm Saturday at the church, immediately following the visitation. He will be laid to rest at Liberty Cemetery in Gosport.
