Dawn Marie Bullerman, 42, of Hoagland, Indiana peacefully passed away Friday morning, January 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at her residence.
She was born on February 16, 1982, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Edwin Jr. and Vicki (Goudy) Bullerman.
Dawn was a member of St. John Lutheran Church – Flatrock.
She was a 2004 graduate of New Haven High School. During her time in high school, she thoroughly loved participating in the Special Olympics. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling and horseback riding. Dawn also had a love for water and even swimming. Dawn's love for people was her true superpower. She never met a stranger, and was in the business of leaving everyone with a smile.
Dawn is survived by her father, Edwin Bullerman Jr. of Hoagland, Indiana; brother, Bradley (Erin) Bullerman of Monroeville, Indiana; sister, Alyssa (A.J.) Feller of Macy, Indiana; brother, Christopher Bullerman of Hoagland, Indiana; four nieces and nephews, Madison, Ana, Camden, and Addison; and two great-nieces and nephews, Lewis and Luna.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Vicki L. Bullerman on March 4, 2024; grandparents, Edwin Bullerman Sr. and Betty Bullerman-Peters.
A funeral service for Dawn Marie will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025, at St. John Lutheran Church – Flatrock in Monroeville, Indiana with Pastor Douglas Christian officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery – Flatrock.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025, at St. John Lutheran Church – Flatrock and also one hour prior to the service at the church Friday.
Preferred memorials can be given to St. John Lutheran Church – Flatrock, Special Olympics, or donor’s choice.
