GREENFIELD – Dawn Danielle Darrough, 51, of Greenfield, IN, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. Born on July 8, 1974, in Greenfield, she was the daughter of Daniel Toney Sr. & Donna (Coomes) Toney. Dawn graduated from Patriot Christian Academy. Dawn had a creative spirit and loved expressing it through arts and crafts and cooking, often sharing her talents with family during cherished gatherings. She especially enjoyed attending Greenfield's Riley Festival, celebrating community and tradition. In her younger years, Dawn was a gifted gospel singer, recording several albums, whose voice brought inspiration and joy to many. Dawn is survived by her mother, Donna Toney; children, Logan (Kassie) Darrough, Erica DiCicco, and Breanna Riley; siblings, Daniel (Donna) Toney Jr., Trinna Toney, Kimberly Adams, David Toney, and Joseph (Kylene) Toney; grandchildren, Autumn Darrough, Liam Riley, Alaia Riley, Nova Riley, Jeremiah Riley, and Kyrie King. She is preceded in death by her father, Daniel Toney Sr. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, 1610 S. State St. Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 p.m. Daniel Toney Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Charitable Donations in memory of Dawn may be sent via mail to Bethel Baptist Church, 1610 S. State St. Greenfield, IN 46140. Envelopes will be available at the church during services. Friends may share a memory of Dawn or send condolences to her family online at www.erleweinmortuary.com.
